Established in 2011.
The 5th Avenue Detail Shop was started by Tre and Nicole Bushell under the original name 5th Avenue Carwash Detailing & Advertising. In December of 2012 Erik and Carrie Ridley purchased the business and subsequently changed the name to 5th Avenue Detail Shop, LLC.
Erik is a 4th generation Sandpoint resident who saw an opportunity to provide a service to the community and support his family by purchasing the 5th Avenue Detail Shop in December of 2012. With a lifelong passion for vehicles which inspired careers in auto body repair and service writer work, Erik feels he has found his niche with detailing. He has found detail work to be very gratifying, the ability to transform the appearance of a vehicle by giving it some TLC continues to impress us even after a year of business.
