Lincoln Park recently opened as a farm-to-table bistro in the former Dream Farm space on Sir Francis Drake and Red Hill Ave.

The restaurant and wine bar comes from chef Stephen Simmons (Lark Creek Inn, Bubba’s Diner), who for past eight years has been employed by film legend George Lucas as executive chef at Skywalker Ranch in Nicasio. Expect locavore California cuisine, but don’t look for a real menu, since there isn’t one. Given the intimate space of about 60 seats and a bent toward market-fresh ingredients, chef Simmons prefers to prepare his meals on the fly. So that means options get posted daily on Facebook and Twitter.
