Description
Three rooms of carpet and hallway can be cleaned with this item. The certificate is valid until 6/1/15.
Steamatic of Phoenix's cleaning and sanitizing process is hot water extraction with a truck mounted cleaning unit. Pre-spotting of stains is included as is minor furniture moving. Extremely heavy furniture such as china hutches, armoires or pool tables will not be moved.
A room is defined as 250 sq feet or less. Combination rooms such as living and dining rooms count as two rooms.
All stains may not come out.

Special Instructions
All items will be available for pick-up by the winner at the PCAAZK's "Short and Sweet" Live Auction at the Phoenix Zoo's Neely Education Building on Sunday, November 9th between 6:30pm and 8:30pm. Please note your item number, and bring an ID.
If you have chosen to have your item shipped, please note that shipping is at bidder's expense unless specifically stated otherwise in item description.
Those purchasers who request that the item be shipped to them must either provide a prepaid shipping label or prepay separately for the shipping (i.e. overnight, UPS, USPS, etc.). Shipping will be coordinated after you win the item. Note, shipping charges are not included in the bid price except where indicated.
