Certificate must be redeemed by 11/1/15. Membership may not be put on hold for any reason once redeemed. Member required to agree to terms in Membership Agreement for the duration of the membership. Should the winner decide to extend their membership by entering into a membership contract, the member will be guaranteed an $89/month membership rate and any initiation fees will be waived.
