Cards is subject to the terms and conditions furnished at issuance. The Card cannot be used to obtain cash at ATMs or otherwise. A monthly inactivity fee of $2.50 will be deducted from Your Balance starting on the first day of the month immediately following the 365th day of inactivity and may consume the Balance before the "Good Thru" date on Your Card. Other fees may apply. The funds do not expire. You can request a replacement card at no charge, following the "Good Thru" date if there is a remaining balance.
