The pass entitles bearer to one free family admission to Berkeley's Lawrence Hall of Science, which is a public science center for the University of California at Berkeley.  The Hall is both a science museum and a research center for K-12 science and math education.

A visit to the Hall includes exploration hands-on indoor/outdoor science exhibits including an engineering design lab, a discovery room with live animals, interactive planetarium programs, summer camps, family workshops, and special events that inspire science learning.
