Rev Deborah L. Johnson is a nationally acclaimed speaker and trainer known for her ability to bring clarity to complex issues. Founder of The Motivational Institute in 1988, her clients include Fortune 500 companies and local non-profits. She serves on the faculty of UCLA's Anderson School of Management Executive Leadership Diversity Institute
She founded Inner Light Ministries in 1997 and is a founding member of the Agape International Spiritual Center with Michael Bernard Beckwith. Rev Deborah holds a BA in Economics from USC, an MBA in Urban Land Economics and Real Estate Finance from UCLA, and a Ministerial Degree from Holmes Institute where she also serves on the faculty.
