Agliolio is a family run restaurant located in Wellington and Boynton Beach, Florida and is a favorite among locals.
Momma Donna began helping her Naples-born Nonna (grandma) and Sicily-born Nonno (grandpa) in the kitchen at a very young age, and over time has perfected the recipes currently used at Agliolio.
At Agliolio, they bring to your table the wisdom of generations of Italian ancestors, who for years have understood the health benefits of what is known today as the “Mediterranean diet.” They use only olive oil and fresh garlic in their kitchen— knowing their many health benefits, Momma wouldn’t have it any other way. In fact, everything they serve is home-made, using all-natural ingredients that have passed Momma’s high standards for freshness.
Their fresh pasta is made from 100% durum wheat (semolina) flour, and is an excellent source of “good” (complex) carbohydrates to fuel the mind and body. Their pasta is tasty enough to enjoy without sauce— but with the bold, fresh flavors, why would you want to?!
