5 Day / 4 Night Cancun Vacation!
This vacation includes accomodations for five (5) days and four (4) nights at either of their deluxe resorts, Laguna Suites Golf and Spa Resort or Ocean Spa Hotel, for a family of four (two adults and two children under the age of 12).

There are no blackout dates and the winners of this vacation are free to travel anytime during the 18 months following receipt. The actual resort where the winners will stay is selected by them, but is based upon availability on the dates they wish to travel.
The certificate includes the "Stay at One, Play at Four" benefit. What this means is that although the Winners will be staying at either the Ocean Spa Hotel or the Laguna Suites Golf and Spa, they will be able to enjoy the amenities at all four of their resorts in Cancun: Royal Sunset, Sunset Lagoon, Laguna Suites Golf and Spa and the Ocean Spa Hotel. They have a free shuttle that runs all day, every day between all four resorts.
Upon reservation, there will be a $89 reservation fee that will need to be paid as well as $110 in hotel taxes. TThese fees are per vacation certificate, not per person. The Vacation is for accommodations only, but the Winners can upgrade the vacation certificate to include all of their meals and beverages, should they desire. Further details will be provided to the Winners when calling to reserve their travel dates.

- This certificate is valid for 5 days and 4 nights European plan hotel accomodations in Cancun, Mexico. The fulfiller of this vacation certificate is not responsible for airline tickets or any other kind of transportation or expense associated with it. This vacation certificate does not cover incidental expenses such as phone calls, taxes, food and beverages and/or any other personal expense or purchase.
- This certifcate is valid for travel within 18 months from date of receipt.
- This vacation certificate is valid for travel by 2 adults (one of which must be 25 years of age), and 2 children ages 12 and under. Adult travelers must present a valid drivers license and a major credit card for identification at time of check-in. A Reservation fee in the amount of $89USD per family must be paid at the time of reservation as well as daily Mexican government taxes.
- All reservations are subject to space and availability and can be made through thier reservations department.
- Additional nights and any other modifications to this vacation certificate are subject to availability and additional charges. Rates may vary during high peak seasons.
- Reservation changes made be made without additional charge up to 14 days prior to intended arrival date via phone, fax, or email.
- The fulfiller of this vacation certificate offers travel insurance protection which can be purchased by contacting customer service. They highly recommend this insurance for international travel.
- This certificate is non-refundable, however it is 100% transferable, provided the transferees meet the terms and conditions outlined herein.
- The fulfiller of this vacation certificate is not responsible for any expenses caused by accident, delays or acts of God.
- These terms and conditions are final and cannot be changed or altered by any statement, merchant or representation by any individual.
- During your stay you will be asked, but not required to enjoy a private viewing at the resort (approximately 90 minutes) to familiarize yourself with the ammenities available to you during your vacation and the options for participation in one of the vacation ownership plans.
- Travel certificates cannot be used for back to back travel ot in conjunction with any other vacation certificate, certificate, or offer.
- This vacation certificate is not valid for travel by groups. A group is considered to be two or more vacation certificate holders travelling together, and/or two or more couples, families, or fiends travelling during the same vacation period.
