Pangloss creates limited release wines focused on the traditional Bordeaux varietals as well as on Pinot Noir from Anderson Valley. We are the sister label to Repris, which focuses exclusively on crafting estate-grown wines from its home at the historic Moon Mountain Vineyard. Pangloss Cellars sources fruit from a handful of noteworthy vineyards; primarily organic mountain vineyards. All Pangloss wines are made by Erich Bradley at our winery on Moon Mountain using the same minimalist winemaking techniques Erich's followers have come to appreciate in his Repris wines - native yeasts, open top fermentations, manual punchdowns and cave aging in French oak barrels. Pangloss production quantities are very limited and our goal is to craft approachable wines that don't require extended cellaring.
