Jason Ryan loves to teach and loves to Animate. He thinks to learn animation, you need to stand over the shoulder of a feature quality animator and watch how that person approaches their shots from the early concept stage all the way to final polish. Watching as they come up against and over come unforeseen obstacles. 

Jason Ryan has been working in the industry for over 20 yrs. He has animated at Walt Disney Animation Studios for almost 12 years and worked on "Fantasia 2000", The Tin Soldier segment, "Disney's Dinosaur", the characters Kron and Carnataur. I supervised and animated on Theme Park Productions "Magic Lamp", the genie in CG and Mickey's philharmagic, classic characters in CG. Has supervised and animated the character Chicken Little in "Chicken Little". While developing the Witch character for "Rapunzel" aka "Tangled" he also animated on "Meet the Robinsons" and development tests for "Snow Queen" and "American Dog" aka "Bolt". Now 5 years later, he is aSupervising Animator at Dreamworks and have animated and supervised on "Monsters Versus Aliens", "Skrek Forever After", "Megamind", "Kung Fu Panda 2", "Madagascar 3", production tests for "Me and My Shadow" (Hybrid 2D and CG) and had a blast animating on "The Croods".
