Erica at Mind and Body Acupuncture is dedication to unlocking the body’s healing potential has fueled her continual pursuit of education and research of various therapies including Qi Gong, Homeopathics, Musculoskeletal Release, and Nutrition. She is extensively educated in both Eastern and Western Nutrition, and provides her patients with nutritional counseling in addition to Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs. She firmly believes: “Diet is our most fundamental form of medicine. The standards of good health have been compromised in today’s society, and we will have to work to raise that standard and reestablish what is acceptable for ourselves and for our children.”
