Maestra Hartel's 5th Grade Italian Class individually designed and combined an abstract artwork using the method called alcohol ink. The individual art pieces were created on a 4X4 ceramic tile medium and measures 20X16 as a complete piece. The tiles are coated with a Triple-Thick Crystal Clear Glaze to help preserve the artwork and is mounted on a decorative wood piece which was hand stained. The tiled artwork is encased in a beautiful black frame. The art piece can be taken out of the frame and can be used as a wall art.
