Theatre can be for everyone. We are daringly moderate, seeking to bridge the gap between familiar, mainstream theatre and edgy, boundary-pushing work. A welcoming theatre prepares an audience to receive a story with open minds and hearts. Going to the theatre should feel special. Something amazing happens when a room full of people experience a great live story, together, for the first time. Actors shouldn’t be expected to work for free. Our plays should uplift and encourage without being pedestrian or trite. Our performances should challenge perceptions without making our audience uncomfortable.
