This wine is what crème brûlée tastes like, only considerably less sweet. Our special J Cuvée XB features a noticeable yeasty brioche and light almond nut on the nose, with a juicy lemon/lime rind zest. It is perfect as an apéritif or first-course accompaniment to Dungeness crab or thinly sliced sashimi over a bed of lightly dressed mixed greens. Try it with crudo yellowtail topped with ginger, lime and avocado.
