Casa, 4 Gunnery Lane, is ideally located in Sea Pines, halfway between Harbour Town and the South Beach Marina. It’s an easy 15 minute bike ride on the nearby bike paths to either, and just a five minute ride to the beach.
The well-appointed 5 bedroom/5.5 bath home has just been refurnished, and every bedroom has an HD TV and private bath. In addition, every bathroom has a skylight and glass enclosed shower or shower/bath combination.
