Winning bidders will be notified via email following the auction close at 8pm November 3^rd. Change of payment emails must be received by 6pm Tuesday, November 4^th. If notification to the contrary is NOT received by the deadline, payment will be processed to the credit card on file.

PICK UP: Items are to be picked up at Phillippi Shores Elementary Cafeteria during one of the following times: Wednesday, November 5^th 8-9am or 3-4pm; Thursday, November 6^th 8-9am, 3-4pm or 5-6pm; Friday, November 7^th 8-9am or 3-4pm.

SHIPPING: Not all items are eligible for shipping. Please check Item Notes. Items that ARE eligible will incur a $2 shipping fee. Multiple items shipping to one address may be covered by one fee. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
