Description
Mantra is the first and only studio on the West Coast of Florida to offer the innovative Megaformer/Lagree Fitness® workout. It is the only workout that effectively combines strength, endurance, cardio, flexibility, core and balance training in a single 50-minute heart pumping, muscle toning, total body workout.
The workout targets all muscle groups through resistance from the machine's strings and pulleys, burning fat, emphasizing cardio elements, providing stretching benefits and optimizing body composition.
The workout has been described as the "Birth Child of Pilates" taking the strength based foundation of Pilates and seamlessly mixing in an intense muscle endurance cardio training. The end result is a heart pumping, muscle toning, total body workout.

Winning bidders will be notified via email following the auction close at 8pm November 3rd. Change of payment emails must be received by 6pm Tuesday, November 4th. If notification to the contrary is NOT received by the deadline, payment will be processed to the credit card on file.
PICK UP: Items are to be picked up at Phillippi Shores Elementary Cafeteria during one of the following times: Wednesday, November 5th 8-9am or 3-4pm; Thursday, November 6th 8-9am, 3-4pm or 5-6pm; Friday, November 7th 8-9am or 3-4pm.

SHIPPING: Not all items are eligible for shipping. Please check Item Notes. Items that ARE eligible will incur a $2 shipping fee. Multiple items shipping to one address may be covered by one fee. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
