Quantum Life is an exclusive one on one exercise and nutrition wellness program that has a newly expanded location in Sarasota. The programs success is largely attributed to our emphasis on core stabilization, corrective/preventative exercise, posture modification and functional fitness for the mature demographic. Our nutrition specialist will develop a customized meal plan based on your body's biochemistry and nutrient timing needs. This approach achieves specifically desired results even among those who are dealing with limitations such as age, injury, genetic dispositions and/or health threatening ailments. Our guided grocery store trips, group exercise classes, as well as our wellness retreats to exclusive locations are all key tools we utilize that will facilitate your journey to wellness.

  • Body Analysis: BMI and BMR Testing

  • Workout: 30min session, 15min assisted stretching

PICK UP: Items are to be picked up at Phillippi Shores Elementary Cafeteria during one of the following times: Wednesday, November 5th 8-9am or 3-4pm; Thursday, November 6th 8-9am, 3-4pm or 5-6pm; Friday, November 7th 8-9am or 3-4pm.
