Each class is an hour long fitness training program, promoting a continuous cycle of performance improvement and achievement based on results. Based in balance, strength and movement, you will be challenged using progressions and overload variables in a shared personal training environment.

If notification to the contrary is NOT received by the deadline, payment will be processed to the credit card on file.
PICK UP: Items are to be picked up at Phillippi Shores Elementary Cafeteria during one of the following times: Wednesday, November 5th 8-9am or 3-4pm; Thursday, November 6th 8-9am, 3-4pm or 5-6pm; Friday, November 7th 8-9am or 3-4pm.
