To claim your tickets, you must fill out certificate and mail to Chicago Wolves Glenview office by December 31, 2014. Certificates will not be accepted by email, fax, at the Allstate Arena box office or the Hoffman Estates office. This ticket offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other ticket offer. Ticket dates and seating level are based on availability and all sales are final.
