This certificate entitles the holder to a series of five, 2.5 hour, PRIVATE, in-home classes held over 5 consecutive weeks for mom and her birthing companion. We are also including a BONUS HypnoMothering 2.5 hour class to help busy moms with: rapid relaxation, positive emotional resources, and deepening bond with baby. This makes a wonderful gift for yourself or a great baby shower gift!
HypnoBirthing Classes courtesy of Phoenix HypnoBirthing. HypnoBirthing empowers expectant parents to tap into their natural birthing ability to prepare for a gentle, calm, and safe birth using visualization, relaxation, and self hypnosis techniques.

Winning items are available for pick up Friday, November 21st or Monday, November 24th during school hours from the Parent Partnership office.
