One Week in beautiful Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort in Puerto Penasco

 -Condo is 3 bed & 2 full bath. 

-Master and guest room have king size beds, kids room has double bunk beds that will sleep 4 children. 

-Living room sofa is also a pull out bed

-Maximum of (10) guests.

-Unit is fully furnished and has all appliances, pots & pans and dinnerware, linen etc. 

-Includes Washer / dryer

-Flat screens in all bedrooms and living room provide satellite TV.  Phone and Wifi are included with my HOA. 

-Seven (7) swimming pools including a negative edge with swim up bar and food service, hot tub, and a lazy river with kiddie pool (but pls bring your own beach towels). 

-Two (2) gourmet restaurants on site, a small convenience store, and there is a day care with play area on site that has supervision for children up to about age 10 (but they will have to make own arrangements to use this service). 

-This is a golf resort with an 18 hole links style championship course, and as my guest of owner they will have golf privileges but will be responsible for their own greens fees, tee times etc. and rental clubs are available. 

-There is also a well equipped fitness center. 

-The beach is about 60 yards from my unit and you can rent jet skis, parasail, ride a banana boat right from the beach or just swim in the Sea of Cortez. 

-The pool bar does serve drinks/food out to the beach lounge chairs also. 

-The city of RP also has many fantastic restaurants and lots of shopping, you can also charter a fishing boat or a sunset cruise.  Quad / side-by-side OHV's / and ultralight rides are available for rental. 

-American currency is widely accepted as are all major credit cards (but tips need to be in cash) 

-No daily maid service

-Armbands for pools will be provided at check-in

The resort is the Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) Mexico located 60 miles south of the Lukeville, AZ border crossing and is an easy (4) hour drive from HCLC.  All guests over (18) MUST have a current passport, minors can travel with an adult over (18) with their birth certificate.  RP is in the "hassle free" zone, so no vehicle permits are required to cross the border but purchasing Mexican auto insurance is HIGHLY recommended.  This can be done prior to departure here in PHX (probably thru their own insurance) or there are several vendors located in Ajo, AZ on the way down.
