This is Barrel 27's most full bodied blend, combining Syrah, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of cedar, currant and green peppercorns lead way to applewood smoke, bacon, mint and evergreen. Black cherry, chocolate, granite and iron on the palate lead to smoked meats on the finish.
