A Guided Fishing and Archeological Expedition on the Mecan River with Scott Froehlke
Item Number: 169
Time Left: CLOSED
Description
Here's your chance to fish during an early-season hex fly hatch -- with a dose of controversy. What is known, and not known, about pre-settlement Native American rock configurations, called petraforms, that Scott will show you? He will reveal that mystery, before taking you fishing for 18- to 22-inch German brown trout on his beloved Mecan River. The archeological walk takes place in the late afternoon. Scott will feed you a hearty meal before fishing, which starts at dusk.
Special Instructions
To time this excursion with the hex hatch, the winning bidder should be able to go within a two week window in early to mid-June 2015.
Two people can attend the trip.
