Thomas Edward Prince, age 13 and an 8th grader at St. Edward the Confessor School in Dana Point, has been taking pictures of Dana Point beaches for more than two years.

A resident of Marina Hills in Laguna Niguel, Thomas is an avid surfer and has surfed most of Orange County's beaches, his favorite being Salt Creek Beach, just below The Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel.

In fact, his love of the ocean has inspired much of his photography which started from watching the waves break on the shore with the sunlight reflecting off the water.  

He plans to study photography in high school to expand and refine his natural talent.  His hope one day would be to travel the world and take photos at the most dynamic beaches.
