Winemaker's Notes Chateau de Lancyre is arguably the best domaine in the Languedoc's top wine district, Pic St. Loup. The Lancyre Roussanne offers aromas of peaches and country hay on the nose, with just a touch of spearmint and honey. It is big, bold and crisp, with great freshness on the palate. Enjoy this unoaked wine on its own or with poultry, creamy pasta dishes, or seafood (especially sole or fried calamari). 90% Roussanne, 10% Viognier.
