Your personal chef for an original Indian dinner in your home for up to 20 people! Embassy Chef Reez Attanayaka will prepare an original gourmet Indian curry dinner in your own kitchen. The sumptuous buffet dinner will include 20 varieties of curries, appetizers, and accompaniments. Private chef and caterer to royalty, diplomats, and the discerning foodie, Reez has been perfecting the best Indian food for 25 years. He will consult with you to plan a specially crafted menu based on your favorite Indian dishes including a wide variety of fresh and delicious vegetarian and meat dishes.
Here's a preview of what your dinner might entail:
- Freshly baked spinach samosas
- Curries: Butter Chicken, Curry Lamb, Apricot, Eggplant, Lentil and Kale, Pineapple, Chana Masala (Chickpea), Raj Mah (Kidney Beans), Daal Mhakini (Curried Lentils), Squash
- Freshly baked naan bread, rice, side dishes
- Reez's special Coffee Cake
The dinner includes set-up, serving dishes with burners, buffet tables (if necessary), and afterwards your kitchen will be spotlessly clean.
Special Instructions
Due to Chef Reez's popularity the dinner should be booked at least a month in advance and excludes 7th--31st December 2015. The dinner does not include wine, spirits or beverages. The dinner does not include plates, cutlery, tablecloths or other table or room decorations. Chef Reez will arrive with one assistant--if others are required for serving then these should be booked and paid for separately.
