About Linda: As a certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach, Linda guides individuals and groups to create the vibrant, feel-good life they desire. She does this by helping her clients create awareness about their unique physiological, social, and emotional needs, and then teaching them the skills they need to develop a new relationship with food. As a 2005 graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, Linda was trained in a method that assumes no one way of eating is right for everyone. By studying all dietary theories and traditions, she’s able to draw from a broad knowledge base to help clients meet their unique goals. Her education in holistic nutrition, combined with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, allows Linda to create a relationship with her clients that allows them to feel safe, at ease, and accepted. As a result, her clients take charge of their health, increase energy, achieve ideal weight, and develop a foundation for of wellness for the rest of their lives. In addition to her holistic health coaching practice, Linda delivers engaging wellness workshops and group programs, like her signature 10-Day Seasonal Detox, and facilitates cooking classes.
