Description
Sourced from the historic Aetna Springs Vineyard, the Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the best of Napa Valley and the 2005 vintage. The grapes were picked at optimum ripeness to best show the terroir and flavors. The grapes were hand sorted and berry selected then lightly crushed for a controlled extraction and clean fermentation which enhances the beautiful aromas. A rich and full wine that is aged in 100% French oak for 20 months. Utilizing 70% new and 30% used barrels. The wine is complex with aromas of cherries and rose petals and leads to a full palate of chocolate, cassis, and spices. The finish is clean and lasting with notes of tobacco and citrus.
4.5L bottle is equivalent to about 6 bottles of wine.

Pick Up Info: This item will be ready to be picked up at Austin Creek School in Santa Rosa, CA on Friday, October 17, 2014, during the Walkathon, from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, at the Auction Pick-Up Booth.
If you are unable to pick up your item on October 17th from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, please contact the auction administrator at donate@austincreek.org by Monday, October 20, 2014. Items not picked up, or had alternate pick up arrangements made, will be donated back to the ACPC. Parents or an adult must be present to pick up auction items. Items will not be released to children.
Billing Info: Credit cards will automatically be billed at the close of the auction on Wednesday, October 15, 2014. Please be sure your card does not expire or change during this time.
