Winning student and 4 friends can meet in Mrs. Downing's room for lunch and indoor recess at a date set up between student and teacher. 

Bonus - Students can come back to Mrs. Downing's room for three additional indoor recess days. 

They can bring 4 friends to her room for games, peace and quiet, computer time, watch a cartoon, whatever they want during indoor recess any 3 days during the winter.
