The Last Minute Market & Screw Factory Open Studio is a curated, one-day marketplace of handmade, modern art and craft. One of Lakewood's largest holiday art events, this market features more than one hundred juried sellers and more than fifty studio tenants and their invited artist guests. Thousands of visitors each year get a peek into the art studios, as well as the Templar Motors Factory Display, experiencing a unique piece of Lakewood's past and present in the Lake Erie Building at 13000 Athens Avenue.
