Each Casa features two bedrooms with views of the rolling countryside, gardens and the Tuscan hillside. The amenities also include one or two baths with showers, a kitchen and a lovely living room area. The Casas are charming homes created to enhance your joy of living the Tuscan Dream. Villa Zolira is a vintage Tuscan style with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room and kitchen. Casa Natalia and Casa Bambini are new with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room/kitchen. Mira Bella offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a magnificent view of the countryside. Casa Giovanna has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a balcony for sipping wine and enjoying the breathtaking views. It has been stated that you can see all the way to the Mediterranean from this unit. The properties are situated in the ancient hill town of Manciano, approximately 1 hours north of Rome in the southern edge of Tuscany, which rises on the top of a hill open to the four winds with a breathtaking view in all directions: from the Amiata to the Fiora Valley, from Talamone to the beaches of Montalto di Castro, from the Argentario to the islands of Giglio and Montecristo. Manciano extends for 37,203 square kilometers in a hilly zone situated between the valleys of Albegna and Fiora. If you are a skier, Mount Amiata is located 1.5 hours driver north of Manciano. It is the highest peak in the region, at 1700m above sea level. The slopes are dotted by small villages and town which have a very distinct atmosphere. The town of Abbadia San Salvatore has an amazing clock tower and fabulous Bebedictine medieval abbey (built in 743); Castel deo Paino with its church dedicated to the Saints Niccolo and Lucia. The Amiata region includes other important medieval villages like Radicofani with its Medici¿s villa and renowned fortress; Piancastagnaio with its city walls and parish church Santa Maria Assunta; Santa Flora with its Renaissance park and Peschiera and its Sforza Palace in the town centre. And the drive from Castiglion d¿Orcia to Montalcino is breathtaking!

No expiration! You may travel in any year subject to availability. The owner will do everything possible to accommodate the schedule of the guests. Trips are scheduled Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Friday, depending on the unit. Accommodations are for four adults. If parents take children, a $500 refundable deposit will be taken and refunded two weeks following the departure date, following an inspection. Trip can't be sold, bartered, or traded without the written consent of the owner.
