Introducing Bistro Foly, new to Miami this past December! French owners Catherine de Villada and Dominique Meunier have combined their extensive years of business and restaurant experience to help fill the void that has existed for a true neighborhood restaurant catering to Palmetto Bay residents.  

Chef Thierry Pititto, former chef at Cafe Pastis and most recently Ni.Do. Caffe, is all about providing affordable twists on traditional French home-style cooking, such as steak frites, duck confit, steamed mussels, rotisserie chicken and tuna tartar.  Bistro Foly also serves breakfast and lunch.
