A strong-armed passer with a "linebacker's mentality," Kelly virtually rewrote the Buffalo Bills' record book for quarterbacks.  He is the 8th quarterback in the history of the NFL to be selected for enshrinement in the Football Hall of Fame on his first try, joining an elite list of super-star signal callers.
