Four bottles of Phil Pringle's favorite wines from the Willamette Valley of Oregon. There are 3 classic  Pinot Noirs and one Pinot Gris. The Tyee is among the best in the state, and all are good. Serve the Pinot Noir with
grilled Salmon and the Pinot Gris with shellfish, esp. Crab , or Halibut

Pringle's Fine Wine and Spirits was conceived, its business plan instituted, and licensed in 1982 by John and Phil Pringle.  John, an economics major and graduate of Colorado State University, assumed many roles in the formation of the original store such as leasing, financing, construction and staffing.  The store known as "Pringle Brothers Fine Wine and Spirits" opened May 20,1983.  We still keep the original signage.  Our original location was across the present day parking lot at 2170 W. Drake Road in the building just North of Walgreen's.  When our first lease expired, we moved to our present location in September of 1988.  Phil acquired John's interests in the store in 1990 and the name was shortened to Pringle's Fine Wine and Spirits.

Our goal from the start has been to provide exceptional service and the finest wine selection as well as all other attributes of a full service liquor store.  We have been fortunate to have had monumental contributions to our success in the 1990's and early 2000's.  To name a few Paul Hart, Bob Freeman, Charlene Hyde, Cindy Mettes-Goodman, Tony Chadwick, Peg Hood and Barbara Pringle have made many outstanding contributions to our success.  Many of our staffers went on to pursue careers in the wholesale end of the wine trade, having developed their palates and trade skills at Pringle's.  We still strive for excellence in customer service, wine expertise and product knowledge of brews and spirits, just as we have since 1983.  We currently employ about 20 full and part time employees who are eager to assist you and help you in any way.
