The winning child will be able to stamp and scan to his/her hearts content. If they choose, he/she may read stories to classes as they come to the library. Or they may find a quiet place to read or even have some time to play approved games on the computers. The library will be the winner's domain! Winnings children will also be allowed to raid the library candy jar (within reason) and will receive funding to use the pencil machine.  One student will be the lucky winner of being librarian for the afternoon.  If the winning child wants to bring a friend along, they may do so. Or, they may have our undivided attention!
