Properly Placed specializes in "de-cluttering" and helping clients focus on specific areas around their homes that need organization and order.They organize closets, kitchens, attics, garages, and spaces throughout the home to help make their clients more efficient in their everyday lives.
Let them help you with an in home assessment with a detailed organizing plan, plus 3 hours of organizing services in one specific area or room of the home.
Special Instructions
- Home must be within 15 miles of BCDS (Stamford, CT)
- Must be used by May 15, 2015
- One room or specific area of home (i.e.playroom and closets or bedroom)
- Client must purchase any bins or baskets needed. (Will be laid out and agreed upon in assessment report.)
You will be notified by e-mail if you are awarded the winning bid. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up between Nov. 19th- Dec. 3rd 2014.
- Your bid on an item is a binding agreement to pay the school for the services/items offered.
- Unless otherwise noted, the deadline on redeeming services will be November 16, 2015.
- Bi-Cultural Day School warrants neither the quality nor the value of the items or services auctioned. All items are sold in ¿as is¿ condition. Dollar values are estimated and provided by the donor and are not warranted by Bi Cultural Day School.
- Items may not be returned or exchanged.
- By participating in this Auction, each bidder recognizes that neither Bi-Cultural Day School nor anyone who assists in conducting this Auction shall be liable for any occurrence resulting from this Auction by reason of use of auctioned items or services.
