  • There is a minimum of 9 nights during Passover and check in/check out cannot occur during 4/2/15-4/11/15

  • April 2, 2015-April 11, 2015 PEAK rates are appx $100 or $205 additional per night depending on 1 or 2 bedroom unit

  • June 22, 2015- July 31, 2015 HIGH rates are appx $100 or $125 additional per night depending on 1 or 2 bedroom unit

  • July 31, 2015-September 1, 2015 PEAK rates are appx $125 or $245 additional per night depending on a 1 or 2 bedroom unit

  • 2016 rates have not been published yet. 


 


You will be notified by e-mail if you are awarded the winning bid. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account.  Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up between Nov. 19th- Dec. 3rd 2014.
