Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2011



  • This wine, intense and generous, has a luscious lingering flavours of forest berries, black plum and vanilla with the aromas of Mediterranean herbs, such as thyme and rosemary.


Merlot Reserve 2011



  • An exciting wine with aromas of cassis and blueberry jam, ground black pepper, vanilla and roasted coffee beans,it's well-balanced acidity leads to a smooth, lingering finish. Pleasant tannins and a full body contribute to the pleasurable experience of drinking this wine.


Petite Sirah Reserve 2012



  • A blend of mainly Petite Sirah with some Zinfandel grapes, this succulent and intensely flavorsome wine is deep purple in color with the aromas of forest berries, chocolate and walnuts


Wild Carignan Reserve 2012



  • This wine was produced from dry-farmed vines on the slopes of the Judea hills, where the constant search for water causes the roots to penetrate deep into the mineral subsoil. 
    The vines are "head trained" (Gobelet), giving them an ancient, wild appearance. The wine was minimally filtered, and is brought to you as is; true, natural wine from Israel. Only 5990 bottles were produced.

  5. By participating in this Auction, each bidder recognizes that neither Bi-Cultural Day School nor anyone who assists in conducting this Auction shall be liable for any occurrence resulting from this Auction by reason of use of auctioned items or services.
