- Bidder must provide 90 days advance notice of travel date and should confirm room availability prior to booking air travel.

- Depending on availability you may be able to upgrade the room type and extend your stay at a additional charge.
You will be notified by e-mail if you are awarded the winning bid. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up between Nov. 19th- Dec. 3rd 2014.
- Your bid on an item is a binding agreement to pay the school for the services/items offered.
