Longtime friend of Esalen Joy Stockwell is offering a week's stay at her
family farm in Parua Bay, New Zealand. This rustic sheep farm holds lovely views of Parua Bay, the breathtaking expanse of the southern night sky, with only the sounds of birds, sheep, and cows in the distance.

Two hours north of Auckland by car or twenty minutes by air, the farm is an ideal base from which to explore the magical Northland beaches and coastal bush walks around Parua Bay. Your home at this peaceful getaway will be a cozy two-bedroom flat adjacent to the main house. Breakfasts are self-serve with breakfast cereal, toast, cheese, yogurt, coffee, tea & milk provided. One home cooked dinner of organic lamb, vegetables, and New Zealand wine will be hosted with another complimentary dinner night for two at Revas on the waterfront in the port town of Whangarei also offered.
