The Connection Practice teaches us to open to the elegant, efficient and gentle synergy of HeartMath and Nonviolent Communication as they connect us more deeply to ourselves and those with whom we share relationships - family members, coworkers or even strangers we meet. The Connection Practice was developed in Costa Rica by Rasur Foundation International (RasurInternational.org). The foundations motto is from a Costa Rican poem by Roberto Brenes Mesén titled Rasur: Before directing the lightening in the sky we must first harness the storms in our own hearts. | Washington, DC area: The winner may attend any of the nearly monthly, Connection Practice Part 1 classes that are currently open in 2014 or 2015.
