Your evening begins with an international chocolate pairing...learn how chocolate is made from bean to bar, how to eat chocolate properly, and how to discern flavors to discover your favorites.

Next, you will pair four international wines with two chocolates each, handcrafted at The Chocolate Therapist, infused with all-natural flavors, and designed to enhance the flavors of both the chocolate and the wine.
