Aspen Juice Bar's standard cleanse is perfect for someone who is ready to get on track with an improved diet. It is a sequence of six juices (per day) designed to give your body the nutrients and energy you need while cleansing your body of built up toxins.  You can customize your cleanse to your tastes, including spicy (extra-detoxifing) and not-so-spicy options. Drink the first juice when you would normally have your first meal and the last juice about two hours before you go to bed. Space the rest throughout the day. Most people drink a juice every two hours. Drink plenty of water. You may need to add an extra juice or an additional nut milk if you are very active, but the cleanse is designed to provide all of the protein and nutrients that most people need. First time cleansers usually cleanse for two or three days.
