Draping Proficiency I
1 Lecture and 2 LABORATORY hours

Place: High School of Fashion Industries
All Supplies Included
Introduces the fundamental principles of developing basic silhouettes of skirts, blouses, bodices, and collars with draping and patternmaking techniques. Use of stripe fabric as it applies to grain line manipulation in design is studied.
The 2 hour course will focus on the pattern development of ONE of the silhouettes listed above. Auction winner will choose which one pattern they would like to learn to drape.
