Description

"You will enjoy the Alcatraz Tour. You will like the Fisherman's Wharf Tour, but you will Remember the Tenderloin Tour." Del Seymour, Homeless Commissioner and Community Activist.

A 90 min unforgettable trek through a forgotten neighborhood. Discover how this historic neighborhood is trying to fight poverty and reclaim its glory, and you'll uncover its hidden gems sitting in plain sight. Exclusive for the Synergy community, the tour will stop at Hooker's Sweet Treats to enjoy coffee and treats.

Del knows the Tenderloin better than anyone. The 65 year old Army veteran spent many years on the very street which he now conducts his tours. He launched the Tenderloin Walking Tours in 2009 to share his extensive knowledge—both historic and firsthand—of the infamous Tenderloin district. Del's connection to the Tenderloin creates a rich and vibrant experience for everyone who joins him.
