This precious metal vessel is made of fine porcelain and is fired a third time with a gleaming overglaze of pure platinum. It is part of the Lantern Collection, which is defined by a ceramic skin stretched over an invisable armature, like a Japanese paper lantern. Jonathan and his team design and sculpt each one in their Soho studio before their skilled artisans in Peru make a mold and handcraft them from high-fired stoneware.
