One Middle School or Upper School student will have the opportunity to work with Margi Groos, director of the Dining Hall, to plan a special lunch menu with some of the student's favorite SMH menu items! The lucky winner will meet with Mrs. Groos to choose entree, sides, salad, soup, sandwich and dessert offerings while working within nutrition and budget guidelines.  Of course, the winner will also be escorted to the head of the lunch line on the day of his or her feast! Chicken and waffles, anyone?
