Up to four students will begin the day by meeting with Craig Boyan, President and Chief Operating Officer of H-E-B. Student(s) will have the opportunity to hear about Mr. Boyan's experiences in management consulting and at H-E-B, and also the variety and complexity of business operations that constitute H-E-B. Depending on student(s) interest, leaders from H-E-B will provide overviews that may include logistics, purchasing, merchandising, manufacturing, warehousing, store operations, marketing, real estate and strategy. Time permitting, student(s) may also be given a "behind the scenes" tour of some of the operations.
